I spent a lot of time on the bike this week.. More and more I’m remembering how at home I am on a bike and how much fun it is to see the rewards of my hard work in mountains climbed and miles traversed. I’m also remembering how good it feels to come home to warm house and open arms..
The weather is changing and I’m excited for winter to be here again. Together we can make this November one to remember.

Kevin was nice enough drop by some stuff he had for sale on his day off and happened to bring the concept along..
So we made a man-date of it.

… and drank two bottles of wine, then passed out in my living room whilst reading Bukowski’s Women. I took advantage and had my way with his Affinity pursuit frame. Then I baked him brownies and rode to work.
Jeunesse and I had dinner the other day at quaint little veg. place on the west side.
On our way back home, I surprised her by stopping at a Christmas tree lot I’d spied on the way there and while I’d only intended on browsing… One fiesty salesman named Eddie and Sixty dollars worth of holiday spirit later I had a 6′ douglas fir in the trunk and a very happy Jeunesse.
I love it when in it rains in las vegas.. I love the smell, love getting my bike dirty and love gettin my camera wet.
Went out to take a few photos, got kicked out of the first spot by Hilton security.. only to find a much better one 100 feet later.
